Dr. Robert E. Carter, Jr., founder and president of Barnabas Ministries, has over 30 years experience as a Pastor and counselor. He has his doctorate degree in Christian Counseling, and is also a graduate of Emerge Ministry's Institute of Pastoral Counseling.
As a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors his counseling is Biblically based and held to the highest Christian ethical standards.
The Assembly of God Alabama District leadership has approved Barnabas Ministries for their Ministers and their families.
